WHO AM I?

My name is Michael Sprague II (call me Mike), and, well, I make stuff.

I’ve made all kinds of things, and I’ve found that if there is a particular thing I’ve ever needed or wanted, I have generally figured out a way to design and build it. That is basically how I built my entire collection of tools in my shop over the years; as a need arose, I added the necessary tools to get it done.

I have two main passions as a maker right now – mugs and musical instruments. Right now I’m pretty focused on building up an inventory of my hand made mugs, and I encourage you to check out my shop to see the kind of work that I produce.

That’s the other thing to mention – I like everything I make to be usable in the real world, and beautiful as well.
